Just recently Android Passed iOS in terms of Marketshare. It should not come as a surprise that roughly half of the handsets running Android are produced by HTC. Will the release of the iPhone on the Verizon network allow iOS to re-take the lead in marketshare? It is possible but with HTC producing new phones at a rather rapid pace most of which are running Android, I don’t think that this will happen.
